Fusegi（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計された広告ブロックブラウザです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得・利用する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 事業者情報

2. 取得する情報と目的

2.1 端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されない情報

以下の情報はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

閲覧履歴、ブックマーク
ブロック統計（ブロックした広告の件数・種別・日別・サイト別の内訳）
テーマ等のアプリ設定
広告レポート機能で記録した広告の情報

本アプリは一般的なWebブラウザであり、閲覧するWebサイトの内容を収集・追跡しません。

2.2 任意（オプトイン）で送信される情報

ユーザーが明示的に同意した場合に限り、以下の情報を広告ブロック精度の向上のために匿名で送信します。同意しない場合、これらの情報は送信されません（初期設定はOFF）。設定画面でいつでも変更できます。

広告レポート（設定で「匿名レポート送信に協力」をONにした場合のみ）: 報告された広告要素の情報（HTMLの構造・セレクタ・配信元URL）、広告が表示されていたページのURL、アプリのバージョン、OSの種別・バージョン。
不具合報告（ユーザーが報告フォームから送信した場合のみ）: 報告内容、アプリのバージョン、OSの種別。ユーザーが選択した場合のみ、発生時のページURL・動作ログを含みます。

これらの匿名データは、氏名・端末を特定できる識別子・広告IDを含みません。

3. 課金・サブスクリプション

本アプリのサブスクリプション（Fusegi Pro）は、Appleの App Store を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報は Apple が管理し、本アプリが取得することはありません。購入状態の管理には RevenueCat, Inc. のサービスを利用します。RevenueCat には、購入状態を管理するための匿名の識別子と購入情報が送信されます。詳細は RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

4. 第三者への提供

本アプリは、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。

5. 権限（パーミッション）

本アプリは、Webサイトからの通知許可要求を自動的に拒否します。カメラ・マイク等の権限は、閲覧中のWebサイトが要求した場合にのみOSの標準ダイアログを通じて確認されます。

6. お子様の利用について

本アプリは年齢制限（17+）が設定されており、成人向けの利用を想定しています。

7. データの削除

端末内のデータ（履歴・ブックマーク・広告レポート等）は、アプリ内の各画面またはアプリの削除によりいつでも消去できます。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内またはストアで告知します。

Fusegi ("the App") is an ad-blocking browser designed with your privacy as the top priority. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Stored only on your device (never sent anywhere)

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer or any third party:

Browsing history and bookmarks
Block statistics (count, type, daily and per-site breakdown)
App settings such as theme
Information recorded by the ad-report feature

The App is a general-purpose web browser and does not collect or track the content of the sites you visit.

2.2 Sent only with your explicit opt-in

Only if you explicitly consent, the following is sent anonymously to improve ad-blocking accuracy. It is OFF by default and can be changed anytime in Settings.

Ad reports (only if you enable "Help with anonymous reports"): the reported ad element (HTML structure, selector, source URL), the page URL where the ad appeared, the app version, and OS type/version.
Bug reports (only when you submit the form): your message, app version, and OS type; and, only if you choose to include them, the page URL and logs at the time.

This anonymous data contains no name, no device-identifying identifier, and no advertising ID.

3. Subscriptions

The subscription (Fusegi Pro) is processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple and is not accessible to the App. Purchase state is managed via RevenueCat, Inc., which receives an anonymous identifier and purchase information. 4. Sharing

The App does not sell or provide collected information to third parties, except as required by law.

5. Permissions

The App automatically denies website notification-permission requests. Camera/microphone and similar permissions are only prompted via the OS standard dialog when requested by the website you are viewing.

6. Children

The App is rated 17+ and is intended for adult use.

7. Data Deletion

On-device data (history, bookmarks, ad reports, etc.) can be cleared anytime from within the App or by deleting the App.

8. Changes

This policy may change without notice. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on the store.
